For Sale Signs

Buy one of our 'For Sale' signs, and you have a simple and very effective means of advertising your property.  The signs are available in 2 formats:

We make the sign, you make the sale!

Flag Board - this is the standard property size of 80cm wide by 60cm tall. Made of a single piece of 6mm fluted plastic (correx), it is printed on both sides with cut vinyl graphics. There is a 8cm blank strip down one side of the sign to allow for a post. Flag Boards are priced at £32.95 for the Traditional design, and at £36.95 for all other designs (&£4.95 p&p). Slips, tags and fixings kits are extra (see below).

T Board - this is the standard property size of 80cm wide by 60cm tall. Made from 2 pieces of 4m fluted plastic (correx), it is printed on both sides with cut vinyl graphics. (The graphics cover the whole board, and there is no room to the side for a post fixing). The 2 pieces are glued along each side edge to allow the insertion of a post between the 2 sheets. T-Boards are priced at £37.95 for the Traditional design, and at £41.95 for all other designs (&£4.95 p&p). Slips, tags and fixings kits are extra (see below).

Designs

There are five different designs to choose from, 'Traditional', 'Wave', 'Houses', 'ByOwner', and 'UkNet'.

Your number on the sign, phone to view... Gets the buyer straight to you.

If you have decided to manage your own house sale, without the expense (and often additional stress) of an estate agent, the last thing you need is for someone else's phone number to be on your For Sale sign. You just end up at the place that you tried to avoid, where communication is via a (sometimes unreliable) third party. With Elm Leaf you can choose the text on your sign.

Your sign options

Telephone numbers - if you pick just one telephone number, we use a larger digit size.

Elm Leaf logo - if you allow the discrete (2cm by 20cm) Elm Leaf logo on your sign you qualify for a £2.00 discount.

Slips - 'SOLD' overlays to match your sign - cost £4.95 per pair including fixings (nylon nuts/bolts for Flags, all-weather double sided bonding tape for T-boards), postage is free on slips sent with a sign.

Tags (small additional signs nailed to the post below the main sign, eg 'One bedroom flat', 'Arrow graphic'), cost £0.95 each. Postage is free on tags sent with a sign. The order form allows you to order up to two tags.
