A property web page is a powerful and completely free addition to your advertising.With Fsbo.Uk.Net or Frbo.Uk.Net you yourself choose the name of your web page (though if the name you want is already taken, you will be asked to pick another). All the details & photos of your property are shown 'above the fold' - it is definitely a mistake to present lengthy estate agent style particulars on the web, as few will bother to scroll down. Equally important, both your email address and telephone number(s) are cloaked to prevent automatic harvesting programs gathering your details and adding them to a mailing/telephoning list.

How you can use your property web page
1 You can put your web page on your 'For Sale' or 'To Let' sign. See For Sale Signs or To Let Signs.2 Your property web page (if you included a photo) can form the basis of some great value internet advertising. See Property Internet Advertising for more details.

You can run a Google Adwords campaign to point straight at your web page. This is an excellent way of advertising, especially if you've got a well known location, eg Portsmouth, Bermondsey etc, which you can use as part of your key words.
This may find you several prospective buyers/tenants who will contact you direct via the telephone number or email address given on your individual web page. Just click on the 'Advertise with Us' link at the bottom of the Google page (though there is an initial one-off £5 charge).

You can put your web page in a newspaper classified advert for your property. This makes a very good way of inexpensively supplementing display advertising (ie ads containing a picture of your property).5 You can include your web page in a card advert for your property in your local supermarket/newsagents.
6 You can print out your web page, then highlight the best points, and keep the sheet near the phone to help you answer any enquiries about your property.
7 You can ask a phone enquirer if they're on the net, and if so, tell them where to find some pictures of your property.
8 You can email the page to any enquirer with an email address - just call up your web page in your browser and click on the email button at the top of the window.

To change your web page details, type in the same page name, and password, then click on the 'Retrieve' button. Your web page details will be retrieved for you to amend.
Your web page is initially valid for a period of 7 weeks(sales)/4 weeks(rentals). The 'Renewed to' date is shown at the bottom of your web page. After this time, you will receive a reminder email. After a further period of a week, unless you renew, your web page is removed.To renew your web page, type in the same page name, and password, then click on the 'Renew' button.
